Job Description

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Heath Springs, SC (On-site with hybrid flexibility)

Employment Type: Direct Hire, Permanent

Schedule: This is a hybrid role (4 days onsite, 1 remote), with typical hours from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, though flexibility is available for occasional shifts (e.g., 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM).

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR representative and trusted resource for the Heath Springs plant.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring HR compliance.
  • Act as a vital liaison between plant staff and the corporate HR team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Partner closely with the Plant Manager and site leadership on performance management, talent development, and culture initiatives.
  • Leverage a major HRIS (such as UKG or similar systems) to maintain data integrity and manage various HRIS functions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong preference for background in a manufacturing or plant environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Willingness and comfort being hands-on in a dynamic plant setting.

Desired Skills & Experience (Nice-to-Haves):

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
  • Direct experience with UKG (HRIS/ATS system).
  • Bilingual capabilities or experience supporting multi-site teams.
