Sales Representative – Recruiting Industry

Location: Coral Gables, FL (On-site)

Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Compensation: Base $45K–$50K | First-year OTE: $100K | Second-year OTE: $150K+

This is not a recruiting role —you’ll focus 100% on selling staffing solutions to companies across South Florida and beyond. We provide a no-risk model for clients, a 3-month guarantee, and a patent-pending platform that gives you a real advantage.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect new business leads and knock on doors—literally
• Build trust with decision-makers across industries
• Sell recruiting and staffing services for temp-to-perm and permanent roles
• Handle the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
• Collaborate with a recruiting team that delivers the talent—so you can focus on closing deals
• Travel locally and potentially internationally for business development

Who You Are:

• 1–3 years in B2B sales, preferably in staffing, HR, or business services
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Energetic, persuasive, and not afraid of cold outreach
• Able to manage long sales cycles and follow up persistently
• Based in South Florida and comfortable working on-site in Coral Gables
• Bachelor’s degree preferred—but results speak louder than diplomas
