Playground Installer, Team Lead

Our client is a leading supplier of recreation and outdoor equipment. They are seeking to hire an experienced Playground Installer responsible for leading a team and managing projects from start to completion. In this role, you will ensure that safety standards are adhered to and the efficient execution of projects in a timely manner.

Will travel to sites in Mesa, AZ and surrounding area.

Responsibilities:

• Install playgrounds and outdoor recreation equipment / furnishings ensuring safety standards are met
• Transport materials and equipment to installation sites
• Project management; oversee projects from start to completion
• Schedule installations in collaboration with sales team and clients
• Lead a team of installers, educate and train as needed
• Maintain communication and documentation through each installation / project

Requirements:

• Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) certification required
• Experience installing playgrounds (30+ completed installations)
• Experience operating a Skid Steer
• Ability to drive a truck with attached trailer
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
• Knowledge/Understanding of construction plans / documents
• Ability to lead a team of installers
• Excellent Communication skills

Offering:

• Base $75,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)
• Occasional overtime required
