Role Description

The Marketing Strategist is responsible for market research, developing marketing strategies, communication, and conducting research. We’re on the hunt for creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Strategists to help us deliver exceptional value to our clients. If you have hands-on experience in at least two areas of digital marketing—like digital ads, analytics, content marketing, email, search, design, or social media—and a passion for innovation and helping clients achieve greatness through creative, impactful marketing strategies, we want to hear from you. This role is perfect for someone passionate about merging timeless marketing principles with cutting-edge digital strategies. The role is full time, based in Salt Lake City, UT with some work from home flexibility.

Responsibilities

Partner with Senior Strategists to understand client objectives and contribute to cross-channel campaign planning. Eventually you’ll be leading the discussions!

Monitor and manage campaigns across platforms like email, social media, and display advertising.

Monitor campaign performance and communicate critical insights to team members and clients.

Compile weekly marketing reports, providing both project updates and actionable insights from data analysis.

Write or refine short-form marketing copy, with occasional long-form projects (blogs, articles, etc.).

Work in-office (Draper, Utah) during business hours on hybrid schedule to collaborate with colleagues and clients.

  • Writing and optimizing copy for conversion-focused marketing

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of post-secondary education or equivalent work experience, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • Strong work ethic, excellent communication, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work with minimal ego.
  • Two employer references required.
