We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Locums team in one of our expanding offices. You'll take on pre-existing accounts, giving you a solid starting point while offering plenty of room for growth. A day in the life:

• Develop your own line of business within the industry by fostering new client relationships and maintaining customer accounts
• Target new business opportunities by pipelining and prospecting daily
• Attend client visits to develop a comprehensive understanding of a company's culture to ensure the most qualified candidates for their jobs
• Intake job order details from clients to learn about their preferences and qualifications and inform them of their responsibilities
• Draft detailed job descriptions in database with attention to proper grammar, search optimization, and job marketing
• Communicate in real-time new job openings and closings, credentialing requirements, and status of submittals to staffing team
• Follow up on resume submissions to determine the status of the candidate moving forward in the interview process
• Operate as a market consultant for clients and provide updated findings and observations throughout the recruitment process
• Respond promptly to resolve credentialing matters, staffing emergencies and client/candidate concerns as needed

About you:

• 3+ years of professional service sales experience in the staffing industry
• Personable and enthusiastic with an aptitude for building relationships
• Strategic thinker, ability to execute and produce results against tight deadlines
• Strong motivation for personal growth and success
• Ambitious with a record of determination, effort, and achievement
• Bachelor's Degree required
