Position Overview

We’re hiring licensed insurance agents fluent in Spanish and English for our Health Insurance (Medicare & ACA) role. You will work in a hybrid setting—handling inbound and outbound client calls, providing guidance, quotes, and support to individuals and families seeking reliable coverage. Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through ACA and Medicare (Advantage, Supplements, Part D)
• Assist with eligibility checks, subsidies, plan selection, and enrollment
• Stay compliant with CMS and health carrier regulations
• Manage inbound and outbound client communications
• Provide personalized, professional, and ethical service
• Use CRMs and quoting tools efficiently
• Meet performance goals while maintaining quality service standards
• Ensure all sensitive company information is securely maintained.
• A quiet, designated workspace separate from shared living areas is required to maintain privacy and minimize distractions.
• Must have access to reliable high-speed internet at their place of residence.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written) - Highly Preferred
• Active Health Insurance license - Required
• Medicare and ACA experience - Required
• Customer-first mindset with strong sales and communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Experience in telesales, quoting platforms, or insurance CRMs is a plus

• $35,000–$43,000 base salary + performance commissions for total earnings up to $70,000
