Job Description

Our client, a beverage company, is looking for a Temp to Perm Office Manager to assist their team!

This assignment will start asap and be ongoing with the potential to go permanent.

Hours: 9am – 6pm

Location: Chelsea

*Fully onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Order and restock office supplies
  • Manage external vendor services
  • Make sure office is well organized and intuitive
  • Prepare and ship merchandise
  • Liaising with maintenance
  • Work closely with marketing team on events as needed
  • Ad hoc projects as necessary

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Self-starter who requires little direction
  • Great organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
