Position Summary
Pro-Vigil is seeking a results-driven, relationship-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a mid-level talent acquisition professional, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for predominantly non-sales roles—including field operations, corporate functions, customer service, and technical teams. You will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences and consistent, efficient hiring outcomes.
This role operates onsite to maximize stakeholder engagement and hiring velocity. You will collaborate regularly with the Director of Business Affairs (who oversees the primary recruitment of sales positions) to ensure a unified approach to talent acquisition across the organization.
