Location: Atlanta, GA 30309(Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Duration: Full time

Pay: $100k - $120k/Yr.

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Copilot Chat , our AI-powered conversational assistant designed to transform the digital workplace experience. You will be instrumental in shaping how employees interact with enterprise tools, access information, and collaborate across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Copilot Chat in alignment with enterprise goals.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality conversational AI features.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
• Manage program timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time product releases.
• Lead experiments, analyze user feedback and data, and iterate for continual improvement.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory standards for AI-powered tools.
• Advocate for the end-user, ensuring intuitive, accessible, and engaging chat experiences.
• Drive adoption and change management across business units for new AI workflows.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or program management, preferably in enterprise software or AI-driven products.
• Proven track record of defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, or NLP-based applications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software integration and digital workplace tools.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and make informed product decisions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working with technical teams to discuss APIs, architecture, and feature feasibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching AI/ML-powered workplace productivity tools.
• Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance in enterprise environments.
• UX sensibility for conversational interfaces and workflow automation.
• MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
