We are seeking a Research/Sr. Research Associate, Analytical! The individual will be responsible for executing the development / implementation / optimization of analytical assays. Other key responsibilities include providing routine support to the process development team, participation in pre-validation of developed assays and performing data trending.

Some of the Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform analytical assays for Process Development purposes
• Analyze experimental data and present findings to team
• Document experiments following GMP guidelines
• Generate protocols and reports on performed experiments
• Perform routine laboratory equipment maintenance

Qualifications

• BS/BA in chemistry, biology, or a related field is required, advanced degrees a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in a GMP regulated environment (pharmaceutical or biotech industries)
• Experience in a variety of analytical techniques including but not limited to HPLC, ELISA, flow cytometry, plate-based assays (bioassays, endotoxin test), bioburden, and spectroscopy
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational skills are required
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities
