Description:

Seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to support the front office. You’ll greet visitors, handle calls, and provide general clerical support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Take messages and forward voicemails
  • Handle filing, photocopying, and other admin tasks
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment
  • May need to lift/move up to 10 lbs occasionally
