- We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our team to help streamline and maintain internal processes for tracking initiatives (i.e. product-driven experiments) within the Online Subscriptions team. This is a hands-on role that involves managing data, coordinating updates across teams, and ensuring the integrity of our tracking systems.

- Work Schedule : Full Time, Hybrid (Onsite days flexible)
Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the “Product Repository”, our central source of truth for all initiatives and experiments. This includes managing data quality, ensuring timely updates, etc,
- Operate weekly and quarterly update cadences. Support weekly check-ins and help ensure initiative data is complete and accurate ahead of quarterly planning.
- Work with multiple stakeholders build multiple relationships, monitor and drive progress on projects
- Establish project standards, cadence and version controls for project documentation and workflow to ensure success of programs
- Proactively develop new project tools and templates to support the team. Opportunity to leverage AI tools available at LinkedIn
- Assist with the creation and update of key project artifacts (project charters, project plans, project resource plans, project budgets and communications/change plans) and with meeting facilitation by sending meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes and tracking assigned project team activities
- Track and report on key metrics and use problem-solving skills to logically structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct analysis, derive key insights and deliver recommendations
- Own and manage multiple, concurrent operations projects of varying complexity
- Develop collaborative partnerships with business leads and stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience with non-technical project/program management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong execution and experience on delivering on complex projects
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to logically and efficiently structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct complicated analysis, identify key insights and recommended actions
- Ability to logically structure and analyze ambiguous problems
- Ability to communicate with executive team
- Ability to be highly productive and proactive with supporting key stakeholders
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
