  • Oversee construction administration: review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment applications.

  • Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

  • Ensure compliance with contracts, building codes, and industry standards.

  • Mentor junior staff and support technical development.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture (or equivalent experience).

  • Proficiency in construction documents, field reporting, and AutoCAD (preferred).

  • Knowledge of codes, regulations, and construction practices.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Able to work independently in the field and manage multiple projects.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 (based on experience)

  • Benefits:

    • Medical, dental, vision (partial premiums paid)

    • 401(k) with 3% company match

    • Short/Long-Term Disability (100% company paid)

    • Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave

    • Continuing education + licensing support

    • Phone reimbursement & employee assistance program

Why Join?

This is a great opportunity to be part of a company that blends technical depth with a people-first culture. You'll gain exposure to high-profile projects, receive mentorship from senior experts, and have the freedom to grow your expertise in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
