Title: Production Support / Application Support

Location: Pittsburgh, PA & Lake Mary, FL

Mandatory Skills: Java, Oracle, Perl Scripting

Certification: Azure Certification is Must

Job Description:

• 10+ years of diverse experience in information technology required.
• Experience Windows / UNIX/Linux operating systems
• Database knowledge with strong SQL skills like Oracle, Sql Server, etc
• Hands-on experience in scripting or programming languages like Python, Perl, Shell scripting, etc
• Experience understanding /analyzing securities data, handling market vendor pricing feeds, working in time-sensitive projects is highly desired
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proficiency in using the JIRA, Confluence
• Experience working with ETL tools like Pentaho, Snowflake are preferred
• Monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Prometheus, Splunk, Cloud Probes & Moog or equivalent
• Experience automating deployments and other repetitive tasks
• Experience with support activities like platform administration, deployments, upgrades, and understands & troubleshoots issues when incidents are reported in the platform.
• Experience in external and internal cloud
• Experience in vulnerabilities management.
• Ability to produce system documentation including operational specifications, test plans, system architecture with attention to detail.
