We’re currently seeking a Product Manager – Ocean & Air to refine our freight forwarding offerings, optimize carrier partnerships, and help shape our service excellence.

As an Ocean/Air Product Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the execution and development of Beeontrade’s ocean and air freight services. You will play a hands-on role in refining product offerings, supporting sales with competitive solutions, collaborating with operations, and ensuring alignment with international trade regulations and industry benchmarks. 

• Develop and enhance air and ocean freight products tailored to customer needs and market demands.
• Support strategic initiatives by implementing service-level improvements and standardized processes.
• Ensure service offerings align with global compliance and operational requirements.

• Coordinate with airlines, ocean carriers, and NVOCCs to maintain competitive pricing and reliable capacity.
• Assist with the negotiation and renewal of spot rates and short-term carrier agreements.
• Track and report carrier performance, ensuring adherence to service levels and operational KPIs.

• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless shipment execution and documentation.
• Recommend enhancements to booking, routing, and tracking processes using platforms such as HubSpot , CargoWise , and Notion .
• Identify and help resolve operational bottlenecks across ocean and air freight shipments.

• Partner with the pricing and procurement teams to build rate sheets and quote templates based on current market conditions.
• Monitor freight cost trends and provide insights for cost optimization and margin improvement.
• Support P&L analysis and data collection for quarterly product performance reviews.

• Act as a bridge between sales, operations, and customer success teams to ensure aligned execution of freight solutions.
• Assist commercial teams in presenting competitive and reliable solutions during customer pitches.
• Maintain product documentation and training material to support internal onboarding and learning.

• 5+ years of freight forwarding experience, with hands-on involvement in ocean and/or air freight products .
• Strong understanding of carrier networks, routing strategies, and international trade compliance.
• Familiarity with digital logistics tools like CargoWise , HubSpot , Notion , or similar platforms.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in cost modeling, KPI tracking, and market research.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics , Supply Chain , Business , or a related field preferred.
