$5,000 Retention Bonus Available

We’re hiring an experienced  Pipefitter to join our Charleston team.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform inspections, maintenance, and testing per NFPA codes and standards
  • Complete inspection reports and identify deficiencies
  • Coordinate repairs and communicate with building staff
  • Conduct hydrostatic tests and fire pump performance tests
  • Install and program fire alarm panels and connected devices
  • Troubleshoot and repair non-functioning systems
  • Respond to emergency service calls, including after hours
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes
  • Provide clear documentation and service reports for each job

What You Must Have

  • 5+ years of hands-on Sprinkler experience
  • NICET Level I in Inspection and Testing of Water-Based Systems
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong knowledge of fire codes and installation best practices
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime or weekends

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently (up to 100 lbs with assistance)
  • Comfortable working at heights over 10 feet
  • Able to work in confined spaces or outdoor conditions
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods

$5,000 Retention Bonus Structure

  • Paid monthly over 12 months
  • Starts after completion of 90-day probation
  • Final bonus payment at 15 months
  • Must remain in good standing
