Job Description

Our client, a private family in Greenbrae, is seeking a kind, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant to support their 20-year-old daughter, a bright and engaging young adult who requires regular supervision due to health-related needs. This is a hands-on role for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with a calm and consistent presence.

**Please note this is a temp-to-perm, onsite role based in Greenbrae, CA, requiring 20–30 hours per week. Pay will be $150k/year.

Schedule:

• 4 days/week (Monday–Thursday)
• Hours: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM or 10:00 AM–3:00 PM (flexibility appreciated)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive supervision and companionship in a calm, supportive manner
• Drive her safely to and from classes, appointments, volunteer work, and other activities
• Assist with online coursework: staying organized with assignments, helping her manage deadlines, and offering basic academic support
• Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks; encourage regular eating routines
• Support and encourage participation in volunteer work and community involvement
• Help structure her day and maintain a consistent, productive routine
• Offer emotional support and positive reinforcement to foster confidence and independence
• Communicate regularly with her parent(s) and any involved professionals or caregivers to ensure consistency in care
• Light organization or errand-running as needed to support her day-to-day well-being

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Previous experience supporting young adults or individuals with health needs is a plus
• Tech-savvy and able to assist with online learning platforms
• Patient, nurturing, and dependable
• Strong communication skills and a respectful, professional demeanor
