Our client, in Chicago, is hiring a Site Manager for their Chicago office. This is 100% on-site role.
In this position, your primary responsibility will be to lead and develop a team of customer support associates and fully own the business operations. This position requires leadership, ambition, and, high motivation to lead a successful operation.
Responsibilities:
● Develop, train, and evaluate customer support and fleet teams.
● Lead rideshare operations, including customer interactions via email, text, phone, and in-person, as well as daily rental launches, returns, swaps, repossessions, and market-related inquiries.
● Manage administrative tasks, including weekly payroll submissions, PTO request handling, and direct report development.
● Interact with garage facility operations to ensure vehicle readiness and efficient service turnaround times.
● Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure a positive customer support experience.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record in business, operations management, statistics/mathematics, analytics, or a related fi eld (strongly preferred).
● 4+ years of professional experience in rental car operations, retail, automotive, or hospitality.
● 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably within a tech-enabled business.
● Ability to lead a team with minimal guidance from management.
● Proficiency with Google Sheets with the ability to track metrics and documents.
Salary and Benefits:
Base salary 95k-145k
