Job Description

 

Position: Oil & Gas Paralegal

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Oil & Gas Paralegal to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:



  • Handle state and federal court filings efficiently


  • Draft documents and file motions accurately


  • Communicate with clients and court staff effectively


  • Manage procedural rules for all filings


  • Assist attorneys in daily case management tasks


  • Organize and maintain case files and databases


  • Prepare documents for discovery production and court filings


  • Research land records and mineral rights

Required Qualifications & Experience:



  • Experience in handling court filings


  • Strong project management skills


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:



  • Experience in energy, oil & gas litigation


  • Familiarity with land and well file investigations


  • Knowledge of procedural rules of court
