Job Description

About Revmo:

Revmo is a cutting-edge startup specializing in conversational AI solutions. We are committed to revolutionizing customer engagement through advanced artificial intelligence technologies. Our mission is to empower businesses to provide exceptional customer experiences through seamless and intuitive conversational interfaces.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Coordinator with a specialized focus on digital paid advertising to join our energetic start up in AI. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a tangible impact on our lead generation and brand awareness efforts. If you have a solid foundation in managing digital ad campaigns, a passion for data, and a desire to grow within a cutting-edge B2B SaaS company, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Paid Ad Campaign Management:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management and optimization of our digital paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (Search & Display), and potentially other channels (e.g., niche industry platforms).
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions, MQLs, SALs) daily/weekly and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the creation and implementation of A/B tests for ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Ensure proper tracking and attribution are in place for all paid campaigns.

Performance Reporting & Analysis:

  • Generate regular performance reports for paid ad campaigns highlighting key trends, insights, and recommendations.
  • Contribute to data analysis to understand campaign effectiveness and inform future strategy.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets related to paid advertising.

Content & Creative Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure ad creative and copy are optimized for campaign goals and target audiences.
  • Support the development and maintenance of landing pages for paid ad campaigns.

Lead Generation & Nurturing:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead flow from paid channels to CRM.
  • Assist in optimizing lead nurturing paths for paid ad-generated leads.

Market Research:

  • Conduct competitive analysis and research on industry trends in digital advertising to identify new opportunities.

General Marketing Support:

  • Contribute to broader marketing initiatives as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn new areas of marketing.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1-5 years of hands-on experience in digital paid advertising, specifically with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proven understanding of key digital marketing metrics and their impact on business goals (e.g., MQLs, SALs, pipeline, ROAS).
  • Direct experience in a B2B SaaS and/or enterprise environment is highly preferred. You understand the nuances of marketing to businesses rather than consumers.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset; comfortable working with spreadsheets and marketing analytics tools.
  • A true self-starter: You're proactive, take initiative, and don't wait for instructions. You're eager to learn and solve problems independently.
  • Highly organized: Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Team player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Why Join Revmo?

  • Be part of a rapidly growing company at the forefront of AI.
  • Work with a passionate, collaborative, and highly supportive team.
  • Opportunity for significant professional growth and skill development in digital marketing.
  • Competitive salary, benefits package, and a flexible work environment.

Ready to Make an Impact? If you are a driven and talented marketing professional looking to advance your career in digital advertising within the exciting B2B SaaS space, we encourage you to apply! Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you are a great fit for this role.
