URS Properties is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Flats at Leland Apartments in Leland, NC. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, functional, and beautifully maintained living environment.

What You’ll Do:
🔧 Diagnose and repair issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances
🔧 Complete make-ready units in a timely and efficient manner
🔧 Maintain the service shop—safe, organized, and well-stocked
🔧 Assist and oversee vendors and contractors as needed
🔧 Support daily service requests and respond promptly to resident work orders
🔧 Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (2 weeks per month) and occasional weekend availability
🔧 Ensure the community remains clean, safe, and up to URS standards
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 1+ year of maintenance experience in multifamily or similar environment
✔ HVAC certification required; EPA/CPO preferred
✔ Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple trades
✔ Ability to multi-task, work independently, and manage time effectively
✔ Customer-focused mindset and positive, professional attitude
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
