Job Description

A newly established litigation-focused law firm is seeking a proactive and polished Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join their growing team. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity supporting a lean and collaborative office with long-term potential.

On-site schedule: 5 days per week

Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm

Base salary: $60K–70K + discretionary bonus + overtime eligible

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism

• Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule meetings, and assist with conference room setup

• Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff, including time entry and document preparation

• Assist with internal meetings and events, including ordering food and managing logistics

• Help draft and format basic legal documents such as engagement letters and memos

• Support day-to-day office operations, including supply ordering, mail handling, and vendor coordination

• Collaborate with the admin team to manage shared tasks and overflow as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of administrative experience in a law firm or professional services environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint a plus

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

• Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced office setting

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

• Willingness to pitch in wherever needed and take initiative
