Position Overview
Title: Personal Lines Insurance Agent
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Onsite at one of our Southern California offices – including Riverside, Fontana, Downey, Bell, Huntington Park, Gardena, Santa Ana, Van Nuys, or Los Angeles.

Role Summary
As a Personal Lines Insurance Agent, you’ll work with individual clients to recommend coverage options, assist with policy management, and provide high-quality service. You’ll also help grow our client base through outreach and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal insurance needs (auto, home, etc.)
• Provide quotes, explain policy options, and handle applications
• Manage renewals, changes, and client service inquiries
• Stay current with insurance products and underwriting guidelines
• Accurately maintain client records using Hawksoft or similar systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and external carriers
• Support office walk-ins, leads, and marketing efforts

Qualifications

• Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
• 1+ year of insurance or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple accounts
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Familiarity with Hawksoft is helpful
