Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience in sales, achieving targets and exceeding goals
• Prior/current experience selling in the industrial equipment industry
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
• Knowledge of industrial pumps, motors, or compressed air systems is highly preferred
• Background in STEM field highly preferred

Day to Day:

A well-known distributor of industrial equipment is looking to hire an Industrial Sales Representative in the Tri Cities, WA area. The ideal candidate for this role will come with proven experience selling industrial compressor or pump equipment. You will join an already strong and successful sales team, and will frequent travel locally within your designated territory. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing new business by fearlessly calling on both cold or hot leads, and attending trade shows
• Educating current and potential customers on the variety of offerings at the company
• Documenting all activity such as leads, meetings, et. in the internal CRM
• Offering exceptional customer service to clients relating to our products and services, and working with the service technicians to ensure growth in the technical services department
