Full-Time Estate Planning Paralegal (Experienced in WealthCounsel)
Location: Hybrid – Beaverton, OR (in-office and remote)
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

We are growing and looking for a skilled estate planning paralegal to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Estate Planning Paralegal with a minimum of one year of experience drafting estate planning documents using WealthCounsel. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fast and accurate with drafting, and experienced in preparing customized trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft estate planning documents including revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance directives, and related documents using WealthCounsel
Customize documents to meet client-specific needs and fact patterns
Review and analyze client intake information and questionnaires
Support attorney in preparing client drafts and final signature-ready documents
Track drafting timelines and manage multiple drafting tasks simultaneously
Maintain accurate and organized digital files
Assist with file management, updates, and communication as needed
Occasionally participate in signing meetings (in-person or virtual)
Required Qualifications:
At least 1 year of direct experience drafting estate plans using WealthCounsel
Proficiency in drafting customized trusts and wills (not just template-fillers)
Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
Ability to draft quickly and efficiently without compromising quality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a paperless office environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oregon and/or Washington estate planning laws
Familiarity with Dropbox, Zoom, and practice management systems
Experience assisting in trust funding or deed preparation (not required but a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
