About the Opportunity

We’re growing and looking for a strategic Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. This is a high-impact role ideal for finance professionals eager to lead key initiatives that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and align with our long-term strategy. You’ll be front and center in shaping executive-level decisions through advanced financial analysis and modeling.

What You’ll Do

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct financial research and analysis to evaluate business performance and guide investment and cost strategies.
• Build and maintain financial models to assess business scenarios, strategies, and capital investments.
• Track financial metrics to monitor performance and deliver insight-driven reports.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports with variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Analyze market trends, risks, and opportunities to inform capital allocation and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Continuously improve reporting, forecasting, and financial planning tools.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roles.
• Strong grasp of financial statements, GAAP, and budgeting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Salesforce and BI tools preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL or similar data tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
