Role Description:

Clyde Industries is seeking a full-time remote Field Service Technician. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of boiler efficiency solutions in various industrial applications. This role includes providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of boiler efficiency solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Travel throughout the USA, with 75%+ of travel planned to be within driving distance of San Antonio.

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical skills.
• Electrical troubleshooting, rigging, and/or welding experience is a plus.
• Field service and/or industrial maintenance experience required.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for field service engagements.
• Technical degree or certification in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience in the pulp & paper or power industry is a plus.
