This position will be based out of our office in Edgerton, MN. This role requires some travel, dependent on team and client expectations. Additionally, extended travel, extended hours, and collaboration across different time zones may be necessary. Onsite meetings will be required as necessary. The ability to work from home will be an option when practical.
Job Summary:
K&M Concrete Construction, Inc is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Concrete Construction Estimator/Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from initiation to completion. The candidate will manage bidding, planning, execution, and closing out of projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Additionally, you will be expected to build and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
· Proven experience managing end-to-end concrete construction projects.
· Knowledge of project management methodologies.
· Embrace technology and demonstrate eagerness to implement innovative solutions that enhance project efficiency and communication.
· Proficiency or the ability to learn Bluebeam, Project Sight, Viewpoint Estimating.
· Skilled in using Microsoft products.
· Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
· Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
· Take ownership of project estimating, ensuring accurate cost assessments and budget planning.
· Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
· Coordinate and manage internal and external team members, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
· Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and proactively address risks or issues.
· Manage project changes and ensure proper documentation of scope adjustments.
· Facilitate regular team meetings and provide clear directions to team members.
· Ensure quality assurance processes are followed, and deliverables meet expectations.
· Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and lessons learned.
