ERP Integration Project Manager – New York, NY

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage multiple active ERP integration projects from initiation through to completion.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, visible relationships.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders.
Gather and interpret project integration requirements to streamline collaboration between clients and the integration team.
Monitor and address scope changes to prevent scope creep.
Distribute clear and concise weekly project status reports to stakeholders.
Leverage the Project Management System to manage and update integration projects.
Assist in creating project documentation, including support materials and training resources.
Ensure project KPI targets are met through proactive ownership and oversight.
Coordinate closely with internal technical teams and external partners.
Support post-integration review and feedback processes.
Continuously look for opportunities to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

1 to 3 years’ experience in a client-facing project management role.
Background in project management within ERP, EDI, CRM, or eCommerce environments.
Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP Business One, SAP Business ByDesign, or similar.
Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, ShipStation, and integration tools.
Proficiency in SQL and application integration.
Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
