Job Description

We are looking for a direct hire FPA (Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst) to join our team.

• The Equipment Project Specialist will be responsible for providing timely, reliable support and information to customers, outside sales reps for the purpose of quoting and order processing for equipment related projects. Account administrator for future and existing sales accounts. Assist with establishing, developing promoting and selling of machines, replacement parts, upgrades, etc. Proposal Administration – prepare, research past sales, consult with engineers, order entries, process orders according to ISO requirements, review contracts, shipping, etc. Proposal Management – manage timelines with assembly and shipping, manage order milestones, scheduling, sales meetings to review RFQs, review past due payments, ensure approval of drawings.

Day in the Life- Skills/Experience

• Providing quotes and orders to clients
• Account Administration
• Assisting of Machine Sales
• Proposal Administration and Management
• Executing strong Business Writing Skills/Customer Service experience/Good Organization and Admin skills
• Experience handling multiple tasks and projects at the same time
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints a plus
• Metal Beverage Packaging experience a plus

Ideal Candidate will have accomplishments, skills, education, and experience with following

• BS or BA in Engineering, Project Management, Accounting, or Finance
• 5 years of Manufacturing Experience as it relates to this line of work

Strong Benefit Package with Salary Range at 70-85K
