About the Role:
Truck Driver Nation is hiring Entry-Level Freight Dispatchers to work from home. No experience needed — we have training available if needed and even source the owner-operators for you , so you can focus on getting them high-paying loads and growing your dispatch business.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role , meaning you're in control of your time and income potential. We equip you with tools, guidance, and the opportunity to build your own client base from the start.

What You'll Do:

  • Secure loads for truck drivers using load boards
  • Communicate with brokers and drivers
  • Manage pickup and delivery logistics
  • Use our systems, scripts, and support to dispatch efficiently

Schedule & Availability:

  • Work from home on your own schedule
  • Peak dispatch hours are Monday–Friday, 6 AM to 4 PM CST
  • Flexibility for full-time or part-time commitment
