We’re hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to support live promotional campaigns and nonprofit events ! Whether you're a recent graduate, making a career switch, or exploring the world of cause marketing, this role offers hands-on experience , weekly pay , and real career growth opportunities —no prior experience required.
Assist with event setup, logistics, execution, and teardown at pop-ups, fundraisers, and community outreach events
Engage directly with the public —share nonprofit stories, answer questions, and promote awareness
Represent nationally recognized charity partners with energy, integrity, and professionalism
Build relationships with local stakeholders, businesses, and event attendees
Collect feedback and help track performance to improve campaign outcomes
High school diploma or GED required; coursework in Marketing, Communications, or PR is a plus
No experience needed —internships, volunteer work, or campus involvement is a bonus
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, adaptable, and able to multitask in high-energy environments
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Evening and weekend availability preferred
