Job Description:
DW Brewpub at Boston Bowl is seeking experienced and passionate Retaurant Team Members - Lane Servers, Food Runners, Counter Service and Bartender to join our dynamic team. We take pride in our culinary creations and are looking for individuals who thrive in a busy restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking in a high-volume kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow directions from kitchen leadership and collaborate with team members
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our standards
- Ensures food gets delivered to customer promptly
- Support various kitchen roles as needed, including counter service and food running
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting, particularly in high-volume environments
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Weekend availability is required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the team
