We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated individual with proven experience cultivating, innovating, and leading the vision of impactful digital products. The ideal candidate has an in-depth background managing digital product teams that drive eCommerce conversion across web and mobile applications. They should be skilled at effectively managing and thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, while not being hindered by unique methodologies that drive results. You’ll need to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as UX, CX, Supply Chain, Marketing, Merchandising, and third-party technology providers to achieve desired results. This digital product expert is a strategic thinker, they are a hands-on “doer” who values partnership, strategy, and consistency in optimizing processes to support continuous improvement as a practice, furthering delighting through the user experience. You'll have the ability to lead and inspire a cross-functional team through optimal workflows, processes, and strategic communication. This role is our internal SDLC champion. You’ll be exceptional at interpreting user stories and feedback relative to the needs of said users. A passion and appreciation for digital experiences, problem solving, technology, and understanding human behavior is imperative for this role. A true product roadmap leader and innovator is who we are seeking. The ideal candidate will bring focus and precision to the details of the product requirements and design, while establishing a strong vision of how the products will be used and perceived and implemented by business operations. A mix of a mix of empathy, design thinking, analytical skills, business & financial acumen, and technical knowledge with deep experience in UX design principles will be core to success.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver innovative solutions to complex problems, while being able to manage the concept to deployment process
  • Develop and execute the product strategy, roadmap and vision Oversight and optimization of digital products with a wide variety of eCommerce solutions including (but not limited to): CMS, OMS, PIM, Cart & Checkout, Search Separately, oversee the product lifecycle for (but not limited to) search, navigation, category, PDP, PLP, account management, cart, and checkout
  • Architect and manage product roadmaps, analyze customer and product data, while facilitating the transformation of customer insights into actionable initiatives,
  • Aligning on business and technical needs while strategizing deployment rollouts and manage risks
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Marketing, CX, and other stakeholders to create best-in-class features that solve real problems.
  • Discover challenges, architect hypothesis, and deliver strategic rationale as a part of the requirements gathering process
  • Own milestone delivery management as a part of the software development lifecycle
  • Translate concepts, user stories, and technical opportunities into business and product requirements
  • Translate product roadmap strategy into tactical deliveries
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of features and products, while identifying initiatives to improve target KPIs & workflow efficiencies
  • Lead cross-functional teams (internal & external) to envision new, innovative features and capabilities across multiple applications
  • Own key site metrics, as aligned with leadership and other business stakeholders

Experience, Skills, & Ability Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Design (interaction, graphic, etc.), computer science, or equivalent working experience
  • Masters Degree a plus!
  • 10+ years of eCommerce product management experience in creative and technical capacities within a Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) retail environment
  • 5+ years in leading product teams directly within a high growth ecommerce organization and/or known brand
  • Managing A/B and multivariate testing
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in working with management tools such as (but not limited to) Google Analytics, Heap, Asana, Figma,
  • Experience with Shopify, Contentful, Storybook, Algolia, and various backend systems such as ERPs, PIMs, etc.
  • Background in managing cross-functional products in a composable ecosystem
  • Expert in analyzing test results, business use cases, strategic growth initiatives, and eCommerce performance metrics that drive growth and conversion via multiple acquisition channels
  • Disciplined project and team leadership
