Job Description

Location: Bentonville, AR (Hybrid: in-office 3+ days/week)

Experience: 3–5 years in branding, digital, print & web design

Full-Time Position

About Us

Branches Mission Lab is a Jesus-centered creative marketing agency serving nonprofits and ministries. We help “goodmakers” elevate their brand, message, fundraising, and digital outreach. Our sunbrand, goodmakerU extends that impact through training nonprofit leaders via cohorts, masterclasses, and educational content.

Our clients include world-class global missions as well as local grassroots nonprofits and ministries.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Impact-driven culture: championing causes that change lives.
  • Varied design scope: from entire brand identities to billboards, print materials, email & social campaigns, web UX/UI — you name it.
  • Creative agency meets ministry: prayer-infused strategy, scriptural inspiration, and innovation side by side.
  • Fun & collaborative team: humble, hungry, world-class, and mission-driven.
  • Flexibility + team presence: hybrid schedule with 3+ days/week in our Bentonville office for rich collaboration and connection.
  • Generosity at the core: we’re a team marked by giving — to our clients, to the Kingdom, and to each other.
  • Growth opportunities: support in broader creative direction & marketing strategy.

Core Values We Hire & Live By

  • Abide or Die: rooted in Jesus through prayer and Scripture — everything flows from that.
  • All in for All Nations: committed to whomever God leads us to serve.
  • Humble & Hungry: always learning, always delivering.
  • Next-Level Goodmakers: we’re dedicated to serving with creativity, innovation and excellence.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a full-time designer, you’ll actively collaborate across teams to create meaningful, mission-aligned design work. Expect to:

  • Craft brand visual identity systems, including developing logos, brand kits. color palettes, and visual guides
  • Design digital assets: social ads, email templates, web graphics, motion clips and more
  • Produce printed collateral: billboards, brochures, postcards, event signage
  • Partner on web design: wireframes, graphic elements, design assets
  • Support creative direction across projects — guiding visual style, tone, and strategy
  • Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, developers, and ministry partners
  • Help with design elements for fundraising and marketing campaigns
  • Support other marketing and creative needs of our clients and team

Ideal Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in graphic design, ideally within marketing/agency environments and serving diverse client needs
  • Strong portfolio across branding, digital & print
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva; familiar with Figma
  • Basic understanding of web design and responsive principles
  • Excellent communication, open to feedback and iteration
  • Passion for the gospel, prayerful creativity, and serving ministry-focused clients

What You’ll Gain

  • Kingdom impact: playing a part in nonprofits and ministries spreading the gospel worldwide
  • Creative breadth: owning diverse, high-level projects — print, digital, branding, web
  • Mentorship: working alongside seasoned creatives and getting opportunities for strategic input
  • Community rhythms: hybrid work with 3+ days/week in-office for deep collaboration and connection
  • A generous culture: surrounded by teammates who live out generosity, grace, and joy in their work and relationships
