This practice area seems to be very HOT right now, with new positions opening weekly in BigLaw and boutiques!
These firms are looking for Mid to Senior-level Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Associate Attorneys with 3+ years of experience to join their busy teams in their NYC offices. Please see below for an overview of several of these amazing opportunities:
1. Highly highly-regarded boutique, business law firm (representing both emerging companies and venture investors across the United States and internationally): Needs good understanding of regulatory compliance. Additional exposure to technology and software licensing, as well as specific software fields such as fintech and healthtech would be preferred.
2. BigLaw firm: Focuses on litigation and/or regulatory enforcement investigations involving privacy and data security matters.
3. BigLaw firm: Needs experience in technology industries, government regulation and technology, or FTC policy and enforcement regarding privacy and data security issues. CIPP certification or familiarity with computer programming, network technologies, database design, and web technologies or both is a plus.
