Job Description

Range and Civil Construction is seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent for immediate full-time employment on Ft. Liberty, NC. The Applicant will need to Manage Subcontractors, Resources, and Progress to meet Schedule Goals. Must have worked at least 1 USACE Project. The Applicant will be responsible for daily oversight of managing crews, adhering to the budget, and project schedule. The Applicant will need to adhere to Contract Drawings, Specifications, OSHA, and EM-385 1-1 Standards. Applicants will be required to pass a background check as the work will be performed on a military installation. Wages start at $110K and are negotiable depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Subcontractors, resources, and progress
• Daily oversight of managing crews, adhering to budget, and project schedule
• Practice a safe working environment
• Adhere to Contract Drawings, Specifications, OSHA, and EM-385 1-1
• Building 3-week schedule
• Adhere to budget and project schedule

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10-15yrs experience as a Superintendent
• Worked at least 1 USACE Project
• Trimble GPS Experience
• Computer skills
• References
• Pass a background check
