Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager for ground up developments to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee all phases of construction, including planning, execution, and quality control.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety standards.
• Prepare and review construction estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and project management principles.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and inspection protocols in the construction industry.
• Experience with electrical systems is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
