We’re on the hunt for a Construction Project Estimator who’s passionate about precision, thrives on collaboration, and wants to make a real impact from the ground up. You'll play a vital role in shaping our projects before the first shovel hits the ground—partnering with vendors, aligning with our Field Teammates, and ensuring every detail adds up to something extraordinary.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the bridge between the vision and the build—analyzing, coordinating, and preparing the groundwork for success.

Pre-Construction & Estimating:

• Source, evaluate, and manage vendor bids with attention to scope, compliance, and value.
• Perform material takeoffs and bid leveling to ensure accurate pricing and alignment.
• Facilitate vendor interviews and compile comprehensive bid books.
• Coordinate permitting, licensing, and preconstruction setup needs.

Document Management & Communication:

• Drive communication across project stakeholders—architects, engineers, vendors, and owners—during the bid process.
• Lead document control efforts including RFI tracking, submittals, shop drawings, and plan revisions.

Procurement & Logistics:

• Collaborate with project teams to purchase materials and identify long-lead items.
• Secure bids for equipment rentals, site trailers, dumpsters, and more.
• Assist with drafting scopes of work and preparing jobsite setup logistics.

What You Bring to the Herd:

• 2+ years of commercial construction estimating experience preferred.
• Strong command of estimating tools (digital takeoffs, bid invitation platforms).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel and Word .
• Detail-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit and problem-solving drive.
