We’re looking for an experienced, sharp, and thoughtful financial leader to join our team as our part-time CFO , working approximately 25 hours per week, with a blend of 10 hours onsite at our facility and 15 hours remote.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to be deeply involved in a growing business, leading enhance our financial infrastructure, driving continuous improvement, and helping to shape the company’s future ... without sacrificing balance or flexibility.

Summary
The CFO leads the company’s finance, accounting, and procurement functions, overseeing the infrastructure, team, and processes that enable sound decision-making and sustainable growth.
As a strategic partner to the CEO, President, and Board, the CFO assesses financial performance, identifies opportunities and risks, and recommends strategies to facilitate growth, enhance profitability, and improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
