Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and intake coordination
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all case activities
• Support case managers in developing and implementing individualized service plans
• Track case progress and follow up on outstanding documentation or actions
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and service delivery logistics
• Ensure compliance with internal protocols and external regulatory requirements
• Prepare reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or case coordination experience with homeless population or social services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
