Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager

Reports To: Director of Operations or CEO

FLSA Status: Exempt

Position Summary

The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing strategic marketing initiatives across beMarketing’s family of brands. This individual will serve as the champion for brand growth, visibility, and consistency, while coordinating cross-channel campaigns that encompass digital, social, content, and creative elements. This role requires a hands-on marketing generalist with a strong understanding of brand positioning, multimedia production, and digital execution to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Lead and implement strategic brand marketing plans across all company brands.

· Develop integrated marketing campaigns that reflect each brand’s voice, mission, and target audience.

· Oversee multimedia content creation (video, photo, audio, graphics) in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.

· Guide social media strategy and content calendars in coordination with the digital team.

· Manage website content updates and optimize user experience to reflect the brand's positioning.

· Ensure brand consistency across internal and external communications, collateral, and platforms.

· Analyze campaign performance, report on KPIs, and adjust strategies to meet goals.

· Work closely with leadership, creative, media, and digital teams to ensure alignment on brand goals and execution.

· Serve as the point person for managing third-party vendors for photography, video, content creation, and PR when needed.

· Identify industry trends and new marketing opportunities for brand visibility and growth.

· Support product/service launches and promotional campaigns from planning through execution.

· Manage brand asset libraries including logos, templates, style guides, and brand toolkits.

QualificationsEducation and/or Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field

· 3-5 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or content strategy

· Proven experience managing multiple brands or products across marketing channels

· Background in multimedia, content development, and online engagement strategy

· Strong project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams

Skills

· Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills

· Deep understanding of brand development and campaign execution

· Strong creative sensibility with the ability to collaborate with graphic designers and video editors

· Knowledge of Google Analytics, social insights tools, and digital advertising platforms

· Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and priorities effectively

· Passion for storytelling, brand building, and user engagement

· Familiarity with marketing automation, CMS tools, and content workflows
