Accounts Receivable Supervisor
Location: Orlando, FL (100% Onsite)
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the AR and collections team, providing guidance and performance feedback

  • Manage AR aging reports and drive timely collections

  • Review and improve collection strategies and escalation procedures

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies

  • Oversee credit application approvals and monitor customer credit risk

  • Track and report AR performance metrics to senior leadership

  • Ensure lien rights management and proper notice issuance for construction projects

  • Review contractor/subcontractor pay applications

  • Resolve complex cash application issues

  • Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements

  • Maintain compliance with internal controls and industry regulations

  • Support month-end and year-end AR close processes

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of AR/collections experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Strong understanding of AR, credit risk, and collection practices

  • ERP experience (SAGE Intacct, Titanium, High Radius, etc.) and proficiency in Excel

  • Construction industry experience a plus

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
