Accounts Receivable Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Manage two direct reports handling third-party billing submission, processing, and collections
• Oversee timely and accurate billing via platforms such as Comdata, WEX, EFS, and T Check
• Review and resolve rejected transactions in partnership with operations within 90-day deadlines
• Maintain organized processes to manage high transaction volumes across a dozen entities
• Ensure clear communication across departments to support issue resolution and billing accuracy
Accounts Receivable Manager Qualifications:
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized under high-volume conditions
• Proficiency with Great Plains ERP
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience with Comdata, WEX, or similar payment systems is a plus
