Job Description

Bravado represents a privately-held home health SaaS company that uses A.I. to drastically reduce the time clinicians spend entering required patient data – often from 2 hours to 15 minutes per patient.

This 10-employee, Seed-funded firm, which was built by industry leaders from both healthcare and artificial intelligence, is seeking a Founding Account Executive to close $40k to $100k+ ACV software deals with SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise home health agencies across the United States. You will report to the CEO and work from their San Francisco office at least 3 days a week.

Role

* Individual contributor role, working from their San Francisco office.

* $120k to $130k+ base; $220k to $250k OTE. Flexible time-off policy; platinum health, dental, and vision insurance; company equity; 10% commission rate plus accelerators.

* We’re seeking a top-performing Mid-Market AE who is looking for that stepping stone into an Enterprise AE role. You’ve got 3 to 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience.

* Experience selling into any branch of the healthcare ecosystem is required. Healthcare AI, AI scribes, RCM, telehealth, and/or EHR experience will move you to the front of the line.

* You will call into include home health agencies of all sizes – there are 11,000 on our list nationwide.

* You will interact with the CEO, CFO, COO, and other operations roles at these agencies.

* You have been a Founding AE, or an early AE at a small startup, and can help us build the playbook.

* We’re attending multiple industry events this year and you’ll get the opportunity for face-to-face prospecting.

The Role

We’re hiring a Founding Account Executive to join our San Francisco HQ and lead the charge on net-new revenue. This is a full-cycle closing role — you’ll inherit a stream of qualified meetings from two SDRs, and own the sales process from discovery to close.

You’ll report directly to the CEO, work closely with product and operations, and help define the go-to-market motion for years to come. If you’ve ever wanted to be “the first in the door” and build something meaningful in healthcare tech, this is your chance.

What You’ll Do

  • Close New Business: Own a $1M ACV annual quota and close 15–20 net-new deals per year (avg. deal size: $50K ACV)
  • Run the Full Cycle: Execute discovery, demo, proposal, and negotiation. Own the process end to end.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with SDRs, product, and leadership to refine pitch strategy and build scalable sales infrastructure.
  • Refine the Message: Tailor Roger’s value prop for operational leaders in home health and adjacent verticals.
  • CRM Discipline: Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Build a Legacy: Shape the future of Roger’s sales culture, tools, and tactics.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle AE experience at a B2B SaaS company, consistently exceeding quota
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare technology ecosystem — especially EHRs, AI scribes, RCM platforms, telehealth, or healthcare AI
  • Track record of closing $30K–$100K ACV deals with multiple stakeholders (CEOs, COOs, CFOs)
  • Ability to operate with urgency, creativity, and resilience in a startup environment
  • Excellent communication, discovery, and storytelling skills
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work from our office 3 or more days/week

  • Clinical background (e.g. RN, PT, OT) or experience in healthcare operations
  • Background in competitive athletics or other high-performance disciplines
  • Experience selling into home health, hospice, or senior care agencies
